Custom Product Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our custom pet figurines, all sales are final once production begins. Each figurine is uniquely crafted based on your pet's photos and cannot be resold.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with your figurine due to:
- Manufacturing defects or damage during production
- Significant color deviation from approved preview
- Missing or incorrect details that were clearly visible in provided photos
We will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.
Approval Process
Before production, you'll receive a 3D preview for approval. Once you approve the preview, changes cannot be made and the order becomes final.
Damage During Shipping
If your figurine arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll provide a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before the 3D preview is created (typically within 24-48 hours of order placement).
