2. Custom Product Policy — Important Notice
All Pawsculpt products are custom-made and personalized.
Each pet figurine is uniquely crafted based on your specific pet photos and cannot be resold or restocked. Due to the bespoke nature of our products:
- Returns for "change of mind" are not accepted
- We cannot accept returns simply because you no longer want the item
- Color, size, or style preference changes after approval are not grounds for refund
This policy is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt custom-made or personalized goods from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
3. When Refunds or Replacements Are Offered
We stand behind the quality of our work. Refunds or free replacements are provided in the following circumstances:
3.1 Defective Products
- Manufacturing defects or damage during production
- Structural issues that affect the integrity of the figurine
- Paint or finish defects not visible in the approved preview
3.2 Damaged in Transit
- Figurine arrives broken or damaged due to shipping
- Packaging damage that resulted in product damage
3.3 Incorrect Order
- Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Significant deviation from the approved 3D preview
- Missing details that were clearly visible in provided photos and approved preview
4. Approval Process
Before production begins, you will receive a digital 3D preview of your figurine for approval.
- Review the preview carefully for accuracy
- Request revisions if needed (reasonable revisions are included)
- Once you approve the preview, the design is finalized
- Changes cannot be made after approval, and the order becomes final
Your approval confirms that you are satisfied with the design and authorizes us to proceed with production.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only under the following conditions:
- Before 3D preview creation: Full refund available (typically within 24-48 hours of order placement)
- After preview creation but before approval: Partial refund may be available (modeling fee may be retained)
- After preview approval: No cancellation or refund available as production has begun
6. How to Report Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Email support@pawsculpt.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Detailed description of the problem
- Our team will review your case within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note:
- Bank processing times may vary
- Refunds for credit card payments may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
8. Replacement Shipping
For approved replacements:
- Replacement figurines are shipped at no additional cost
- Standard production and shipping times apply
- You may be asked to return the defective item (we will provide a prepaid shipping label)
9. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Minor variations in color due to monitor/screen differences
- Slight variations inherent to handcrafted products
- Issues not reported within 7 days of delivery
- Damage caused by customer mishandling after delivery
- Lost packages where tracking shows successful delivery
