2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pawsculpt's website and services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EGALITARIANX LTD.

3. Service Description

Pawsculpt creates custom, handcrafted 3D-printed pet figurines based on photographs you provide. Our service includes:

• Digital 3D modeling based on your pet photos
• Preview approval process
• Manufacturing of physical figurines
• International shipping and delivery

All products are custom-made to order and personalized specifically for each customer.

4. Order Process

1. Photo Submission: You submit clear, high-quality photos of your pet along with order details.
2. 3D Preview: Our artists create a digital 3D preview for your review and approval.
3. Approval: You review and approve the preview. Once approved, production begins.
4. Production: Your figurine is manufactured using professional 3D printing technology.
5. Shipping: Your completed figurine is carefully packaged and shipped to your address.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.

Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Once the 3D preview is approved and production begins, the order becomes non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Photo Requirements & License

By submitting photos, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the submitted photos or have obtained necessary permissions
• The photos do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• You grant EGALITARIANX LTD a non-exclusive license to use the photos solely for creating your figurine and for quality assurance purposes

We will not use your photos for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

7. Custom Product Nature

Important: All Pawsculpt products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

• Each figurine is uniquely crafted and cannot be resold
• Returns for "change of mind" are not accepted
• Cancellations are only possible before the 3D preview is created

8. Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after handoff to the carrier, though we will assist with carrier claims where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

The 3D models and figurines created are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy the figurine for commercial purposes
• Resell or distribute the figurine or 3D model files
• Use the figurine or associated designs for commercial gain

All website content, branding, and proprietary technology remain the property of EGALITARIANX LTD.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of your order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. International Customers & US Consumer Rights

While EGALITARIANX LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, we proudly serve customers worldwide, with a primary focus on the United States.

For our US customers: We respect and acknowledge US consumer protection laws. Where mandatory consumer protection rights under US federal or state law apply to your purchase, those rights shall not be affected by these Terms.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

However, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

If we cannot resolve the matter informally, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with the jurisdiction clause above.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Severability
