Processing Time

Your custom pet figurine is handcrafted with care. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production after order confirmation and approval of your 3D preview.

Shipping Options & Rates

🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇦 Canada — FREE SHIPPING!

All orders to the United States and Canada ship completely free. After production is complete:

• Standard Shipping (5 business days): FREE
• Express Shipping (4 business days): +$29.99

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

Packaging

Each figurine is carefully packed in protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking
