Your custom pet figurine is handcrafted with care. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production after order confirmation and approval of your 3D preview.

All orders within the United States ship completely free via standard shipping. We also offer expedited options:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $29.99
• Overnight Shipping: $49.99

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

Packaging

Each figurine is carefully packed in protective materials and arrives in a beautiful presentation box, ready for gifting.
