Processing Time
Your custom pet figurine is handcrafted with care. Please allow 27–40 days (US) / 33–47 days (international) from final payment to delivery. This covers the full production run: print slicing, color calibration, the uninterrupted full-color print, support removal, UV-protective coating, and final inspection.
Shipping Options & Rates
🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇦 Canada — FREE SHIPPING!
All orders to the United States and Canada ship completely free. After production is complete:
- Standard Shipping (5 business days): FREE — insured and tracked
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, with no separate shipping fee added at checkout. International orders follow the 33–47 day production and delivery timeline after final payment.
Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
Packaging
Each figurine is carefully packed in protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Address changes after production begins may incur additional fees.
